I invite you to take a look at our health guarantee and see how it stacks up against those from other Mini Highland Cattle breeders. You won’t find better health guarantees out there! This is because my parents and calves are not only healthy but also come from champion bloodlines. At Rhema’s Miniature Ranch LTD, we stand out by offering a money-back guarantee if a veterinarian finds your calf unhealthy within the first 30 days. Plus, I also offer a one-year guarantee for my calves against significant congenital and genetic issues!

What does Rhema’s Miniature Ranch LTD offer in terms of a health guarantee for their cattle?

First of all, the term “health guarantee” seems somewhat inaccurate. No one can guarantee that a living being won’t get sick. Therefore, think of it more as a health assurance. You’ve invested a significant amount of time and money in locating and purchasing your charming Mini Highland calf. You should possess a reasonable level of security!

The health guarantee for Rhema’s Miniature Ranch LTD Cattle Ranch is made up of two components.

Part 1 –

To ensure your calf stays healthy, it’s important to have it checked by a licensed veterinarian within 30 days after leaving my care. If the vet finds that the calf is unwell or unsuitable for sale, you can either return it for a full refund or choose another calf from the next available selection.

A couple of key points: First –

I require a genuine written statement from your veterinarian. Additionally, I want to clarify that I will not be responsible for any veterinary expenses. As for the shipping costs of the calf, they are non-refundable; however, if you have already paid to ship the calf, I will handle the return shipping costs. If you are happy with a “next-available” calf, I will cover the shipping fees.

I strictly adhere to the 30-day time frame. I understand that veterinary clinics may be closed on weekends and holidays, but unfortunately, viruses don’t follow those schedules.

Part 2 –

1. Protects you over time from possible genetic issues or inherited diseases. If your cow is diagnosed with a serious genetic defect or congenital illness before it turns one, I will provide you with a healthy replacement. I will work with you to find the best approach to care for the affected cow based on the specific circumstances.

You may qualify for a healthy replacement if your cow has a life-threatening heart condition, a genetic disorder, or degenerative nerve issues. In other words, these are factors that can impact lifespan or quality of life.

Conditions that typically wouldn’t qualify for replacement include, but are not limited to, harmless heart murmurs. In other words, any condition that a generally healthy calf can live with while still enjoying a good quality of life, or one that can be treated.

I usually rely on a veterinarian’s judgment regarding what constitutes a significant defect, but I may consider getting a second opinion, which I would pay for myself. No refunds will be issued in cases of obvious neglect or violations of the Sales Agreement. If I cannot provide a healthy replacement within six months or if I decide to stop operating my ranch, I will refund the original purchase price of the calf, not including shipping costs.
